5 months to go decide upon the details of the weekend. Use this website site and your freedom event coordinator to choose location, accommodation and activities.

4 months to go contact all the guests extending the invitation and insist on a reply within a month (with a £30 deposit).

3 months to go chase up those that haven't replied and bully then into action.

2 months to go confirm the booking, by sending the deposits and a list of the participant names.

1 month to go confirm final numbers and send the balance payments with a list of the email addresses.
