Hen Pole Dancing in Marbella

Your pole dancing experience will begin in a private dance studio or a strip bar in Marbella central. There you’ll meet your pole dancing tutor who will take you through some great moves in the next hour. After a warm up session, your teacher will take you through a very special type of exercise class, imparting many dancing and seduction tips from her experience working as a dancer.
You will be guided around, up and down the pole – very funny to start with but you’ll quickly take it seriously as you have to concentrate hard to complete your routine. After your pole dance workout, you will all be cooled down to ensure your bodies won’t ache too much in the morning.
