Hen Pole Dancing in Edinburgh

Your two hour pole dancing lesson will include an energising warm up, a pole section where you will be taught how to build your confidence on stage, posture and body language.
There is also a lap dance section where you will be taught tantalising moves and groves along with the etiquette of seduction. At the end of the session each participant will perform their own routine on the poles, showing off all the sassy tricks learnt and all the participants will receive a certificate of commendation. You will then finish with a relaxing warm down.

You could book a stripper to surprise the Hen/Birthday girl, but we ask you to get in touch with the club first.
Is there an age limit for joining the classes?
You must be 18+
Can pregnant ladies take part?
No. However spectators are free and it is still great fun to watch.
Can clients bring their own drinks to the venue?
No. There will be a bar available to buy drinks at the venue. Please note, the bottle of bubbly is a gift for the Hen/Birthday girl to take away and must not be consumed on the premises.
What do clients wear for the classes?
You need to be able to grip the pole using your bare arms and legs. We suggest wearing something that will allow you to move freely in such as shorts and a vest or a dress. Don't forget a pair or high heels or boots and trainers for the warm-up.
How many poles and instructors will the client have in the room?
There are 2 poles in the room, with one instructor leading the class.
What music will clients dance to in the classes?
We provide a range of the latest chart music for the classes. You're encouraged to bring along your own CD's, especially for the final performance, as listening to a favourite song can often be the difference between a basic and amazing dance routine.

Timings:

Opening times: sessions are available on Saturdays for two hour exclusive slots.
Timings: 10.00 - 12noon, 12noon - 14.00, 14.00 - 16.00, 16.00 -18.00.
Duration: 120 minutes.

Please note, no alcohol is allowed to be brought onto any of the locations we run classes from.
All bars are open during the session and can be purchased.
Please note we have a number of suppliers of pole dancing and packages may vary. Your package will be detailed in your itinerary.
