After a gentle warm up, you'll learn all the moves and create your very own pole dance routine... work it girls!!!
It's ideal to wear shorts as your legs are used to grip the pole, otherwise trousers that can be rolled up. High heels are also recommended, as they will lengthen your legs, making you feel even sexier whilst strutting around the pole!!
No restrictions but do not advise Pole dancing if Pregnant. A disclaimer will need to be signed at the begining of each session.
