Hen Hovercrafting in Edinburgh

Test your skills in piloting your own single seater Hovercraft around a grass course. We usually run 4 single-seat hovercrafts and everyone gets 10 minutes practising flying up and down a big grass field.
Once everyone has had a practice, you are then timed doing 6 laps, weaving in and out of canes, be accurate as 5 seconds will be added on each time you hit a cane!
The hovercrafts are really 'different' to handle, having no brakes and requiring you to lean over when turning. It's all good fun and can become very competitive when it comes to the timed sessions.
Tea/coffee and biscuits provided (no extra charge).

Tips:

Clay Pigeons on the same site.

Key Points:

Comfortable clothing and footwear required. Also a change of clothing, if raining.
Helmets and waterproof clothing are provided.
We run 2, 3 or 4 single-seat hovercrafts (depending on size of group).

Timings:

Opening Times: 08.00 - 18.00.
Duration: 90 minutes, approximately 15 minutes track time per person.

Notes:

Not suitable for disabled people.
