Get to know your Singapore Sling from your London Fog. It’s so important to know your Fuzzy Navel from your Slippery Nipple. If you’re really lucky you may get to enjoy Sex on the Beach.

To get you in the mood and just for openers enjoy complimentary bubbly, then on with the lesson, let the learning begin. Master the basics, conquer the cocktail and then get creative – concoct your very own creation.

There’s a little fun along the way, its competition time and then the spotlights on you – go impress.

We’ll provide you with light snacks – to refresh the palate. Go home with a certificate you’ve earned and the knowledge of the ‘mixers’.

Your 90 minute cocktail masterclass includes a glass of bubbly on arrival, welcome flavoured vodka shot, a history of the cocktail, bar tools and skills, balancing taste, demo cocktails and tasting. All guests shake up cocktails behind the bar including competition/games (each guest gets a minimum of 2 cocktails to make/drink) certificates for everyone. INCLUDES half a margherita pizza each and homemade potato wedges to share.
