The course will teach you the history of chocolate, before beginning the pleasurable task of tasting some hand made chocolates with your coffee.
From that point, we will take you on a journey where you will create five different fillings before dipping them into real Belgian chocolate, after which you will design and decorate your toppings!!
You will go home with 30-40 good sized genuine Belgian chocolates boxed and wrapped, all designed and made by you.
The course is great fun and tremendous value working with the best equipment and of course the very talented Alan!!
If booking within 6 weeks of the event then full payment is required on booking.

Tips:

Optimum group size is 15 - 17

Timings:

Length of activity: 2.5 hours, session times start at 11.00 or 14.30

Notes:

Chocolate fountains are available for hire and they also own a chocolate hotel.
