Yes girls we'll provide the pom poms but ask you to provide the energy... bags of it. These 2 hour classes are great fun and will soon have you bouncing, cheering and chanting like the professionals.
All your pom-pom shaking and combinations will come together in a fantastic routine. We can guarantee that you will be wildly running around laughing and cheering so much that you won't want to let go of your pom-poms at the end of your party!
You'll have certainly worked up a thirst, so hit the bar... you've earnt it!

Tips:

Don’t wear particularly high heels.

Key Points:

Please feel free to come wearing anything you feel comfortable in, however if you really want to get into the mood then go for pleated skirts and leg warmers

Timings:

Our standard time slots are 12noon-2pm, 2-4pm, 4-6pm and 1:30-3:30pm Saturday afternoons. However we can do earlier or later time slots or other days of the week upon request.

Notes:

Drinks consumed must be purchased on site.
