Beach Volleyball
Those skimpy little outfits that the Brazilian ladies team wear are not compulsory, but would certainly draw a crowd. You will have exclusive use of the Beach Volleyball equipment for 1 hour on a Newquay beach. Bring on the bounce and let your competitive streak shine through as you split your group into teams...pick your team members wisely.
Yoga
A one hour yoga session will revitalise mind, body and soul. It will help to soothe the bruised ego's of the losing team. 1 hour of Group Yoga with an instructor, indoors mats will be provided for your group.

You can get all competitive with the volleyball session and assign a prize, or just have fun.
