Cocktail training became the number one activity in the UK this year. You'll have fun as you learn and of course get to drink what you make. Cosmopolitan or Mojito anyone... get creative. You'll dine in style at your hotel before heading out to party in Nottingham. You'll really feel the benefit of some chill out time in the spa and finish your party completely rejuvenated. You may even find time to flex the credit card shopping.

Your 90 minute cocktail masterclass includes a frozen strawberry daiquiri, welcome flavoured vodka shot, a history of the cocktail, bar tools and skills, balancing taste, demo cocktails and tasting. Oh yes, and more fun games too.
All guests shake up and drink 2 cocktails behind the bar. If anyone doesn't want to make up their cocktails during the class, they will be given vouchers to redeem at the bar following the session.
Includes SHARING PLATTER
Smoky chilli, tortilla chips, crisp Southern fried chicken goujons, homemade potato wedges and chunky beer battered onion rings with BBQ sauce and our homemade chilli vodka salsa, made with coriander and red onion.
WINTER MEZZE PLATTER
Roasted chorizo with garlic, sun blush tomato, Moroccan spiced chicken skewers, houmous, olives, olive oil & balsamic vinegar, warm crusty bread and lightly grilled flour tortillas.
OR swap for another drink (advance notice required).
As a lovely souvenir the Hen/Stag/Birthday host will receive a Masterclass keepsake and cocktail menu. A farewell drink is supplied in the form of a 'vodka train' (flavoured vodka bomb domino rally).

VIP Club passes to this popular Nottingham city centre nightclub before 11.15pm. For the best in House, Funk, Urban and pop, it has it all. With 4 clubs, 8 bars on 3 levels its the only place to be... No queuing (names are on the door).
