Manchester is a party city that will welcome you with open arms, making it a great location for your hen party or that special birthday. Cosmpolitan food, bags of shops (pun intended) and a buzzing nightlife. A few cocktails are always guaranteed to kick start any party and this package is fun for all and of course tasty. To tickle your tastebuds further you'll enjoy a delicious meal before heading out to party. Enjoy some chill out time in the spa before heading home.

Your 90 minute cocktail masterclass includes a frozen strawberry daiquiri, welcome flavoured vodka shot, a history of the cocktail, bar tools and skills, balancing taste, demo cocktails and tasting. Oh yes, and more fun games too.
All guests shake up and drink 2 cocktails behind the bar. If anyone doesn't want to make up their cocktails during the class, they will be given vouchers to redeem at the bar following the session.
Includes SHARING PLATTER
Smoky chilli, tortilla chips, crisp Southern fried chicken goujons, homemade potato wedges and chunky beer battered onion rings with BBQ sauce and our homemade chilli vodka salsa, made with coriander and red onion.
WINTER MEZZE PLATTER
Roasted chorizo with garlic, sun blush tomato, Moroccan spiced chicken skewers, houmous, olives, olive oil & balsamic vinegar, warm crusty bread and lightly grilled flour tortillas.
OR swap for another drink (advance notice required).
As a lovely souvenir the Hen/Stag/Birthday host will receive a Masterclass keepsake and cocktail menu. A farewell drink is supplied in the form of a 'vodka train' (flavoured vodka bomb domino rally).

There is a late bar for residents and the following morning enjoy breakfast.
