Oh girls it's back and then some. A very warm welcome indeed to the humble hula hoop. Actually it's back with style as Hoopdance is the coolest new craze to hit the dance studios. Creating and tasting, of course, your own cocktails will then go down a treat. All aboard, the Boogie Bus will take you to the hottest nightspots in town.
You will use your new tricks to learn an exciting hoopdance routine!
The hen receives a custom-made adult dance hoop as a memory of the day.

This always proves to be a popular choice for parties... and rightly so!
Your 90 minute cocktail masterclass includes a frozen strawberry daiquiri, welcome flavoured vodka shot, a history of the cocktail, bar tools and skills, balancing taste, demo cocktails and tasting. Oh yes, and more fun games too.
All guests shake up and drink 2 cocktails behind the bar. If anyone doesn't want to make up their cocktails during the class, they will be given vouchers to redeem at the bar following the session.
Includes SHARING PLATTER
Smoky chilli, tortilla chips, crisp Southern fried chicken goujons, homemade potato wedges and chunky beer battered onion rings with BBQ sauce and our homemade chilli vodka salsa, made with coriander and red onion.
WINTER MEZZE PLATTER
Roasted chorizo with garlic, sun blush tomato, Moroccan spiced chicken skewers, houmous, olives, olive oil & balsamic vinegar, warm crusty bread and lightly grilled flour tortillas.
OR swap for another drink (advance notice required).
As a lovely souvenir the Hen/Stag/Birthday host will receive a Masterclass keepsake and cocktail menu. A farewell drink is supplied in the form of a 'vodka train' (flavoured vodka bomb domino rally).
This is a great way to meet new people as you join other groups aboard the Boogie Bus to celebrate a fantastic party night in Cardiff.
Late bookings or special event dates carry a £10 supplement per night.

For example we have a contemporary new 2 star equivalent hotel in Cardiff city centre, offering a new kind of service. Close to all the shops, bars and clubs Cardiff has to offer. A basic hotel with a 24 hour reception and self-service optional extra continental breakfast. Each room has a separate toilet, a wash basin in the room and a small shower cubicle. Each room sleeps three people with a double bed and a single bunk bed above the double bed, plasma TV’s in each room.
Bonus is that the 4* hotel right next door is part of the same chain, guests at the budget hotel can use the bar at the 4* hotel, and even use the leisure facilities for a small day pass fee of £7pp.
Optional breakfast £3.75 ncludes tea, coffee, milk, hot chocolate, white bread, croissant, cereals and a selection of fruit juices.

Get involved in the craze that's sweeping the country and hoop it up for your perfect hen party. Using adult dance hoops you'll start by mastering hooping at the waist (yes, all of you!!) and progress to impressive tricks like back rolls, throws, hooping on the arms and even partner hooping with two in a hoop!You will use your new tricks to learn an exciting hoopdance routine!

Cocktail Training (Day)
The fun starts in a trendy bar located in central Cardiff.This always proves to be a popular choice for parties... and rightly so!

Boogie Bus (Evening)
Party Bus with huge sound system loaded with party tunes. Meet in your first bar, board the bus, you will stop at four - five top venues and spend 45 minutes to one hour in each venue. You will have priority entrance into all the venues and finish in a top city centre club.This is a great way to meet new people as you join other groups aboard the Boogie Bus to celebrate a fantastic party night in Cardiff.
