Mexican Starters
NACHOS (V) - Fried corn tortilla chips with a choice of your topping(spicy chicken, beef chilli or vegetable chilli) finished with cheese and sour cream.
CHALUPAS (V) - Fried flour tortilla with the topping of your choice (spicy chicken, beef or vegetable) finished with melted cheese and sour cream.
TORTILLA DIPS (V) - Fried corn tortilla chips topped with cheese and served with three dips of guacomole, sour cream and Mexican salsa.
POTATO SKINS (V) - Deep fried potato skins served with three dips consisting of guacomole, sour cream and Mexican salsa.
RAJITAS (V) - Strips of peppers, onions, chilli and wine topped with cheese and tomato then oven baked.

Flour Tortilla Dishes
EL BURRITO (vegetarian option) - Spicy shredded chicken in a folded 10" flour tortilla. Served with a topping of Mexican salsa, cheese and sour cream.
ENCHILADA POLLO or CON CARNE - Spicy shredded chicken on a foled 10" flour tortilla with hot sauce and melted cheese.
CHIMICHANGAS - Deep fried 10" flour tortillas stuffed and folded with your choice of spicy chicken, beef or vegetable chilli. Served on a bed of lettuce and topped with the colours of the Mexican flag using three sauces.
SIZZLING FAJITAS (steak or chicken) - Tender marinated strips of meat cooked with onions, chillies, red and green peppers and served on a sizzling dish. Accompanied by flour tortillas, guacomole, Mexican salsa and sour cream.
REZ DEL INFERNO - For those who like hot food. Strips of steak, pepers, chillies and tomato sauce-very hot.
PAELLA DE MARICOS - Chicken, prawns, mussels, squid, peppers, peas and onions with a rich, saffron rice. Beautiful!
CHILLI CON CARNE - Spicy mexican beef cooked with chillies, tomatoes and peppers served with tortilla chips on a bed of rice.
MEX-TEX-CHICKEN - Oven roast chicken breast topped with bacon and cheese in a spicy bar-b-que sauce served with vegetables or fries
