Calamares - Whole baby squid slices coated with our cassava crumb with creamy aioli.
Peri-Peri Pollo - Fresh chicken breast coated in crispy crumed cassava, with garlic, chilli and lemon sauce.
Chilli Con Carne - Chunky beef steak slow-braised in tomatoes and black been sauce, served on corn tortilla chips.
Bolinhos - Flaked white fish, potato and parsley balls, with sticky balsamic and homemade salsa.
Quesadilla - Fresh garlicky portobello mushroom smothered in cheese, sandwiched in a char-grilled tortilla, with a chunky salsa.

Gourmet Fajitas - choice of Flame grilled sirloin steak, Chicken breast sticks or Oyster Mushrooms
Xinxim - Brazilian lime chicken in a creamy crayfish and peanut sauce with rice, fine green beans, and coconut farofa.
Puerto Rican Paella - Chicken, smoked pork and garlic chorizo, squid, salmon, tiger prawn and mussels.
