Help and Advice - How to Book
Once you are happy with your quote you can book in one of three ways:-
1) To pay on-line just log in
2) Call us on 0845 888 8008 with your card details
3) Post a cheque to "Freedom Ltd", Ability House, 121 Brooker Road, Waltham Abbey, Essex EN9 1JH with the completed Booking Form
There are two payment schemes.
- Group payment. One person full payment from the group leader acts as a deposit, you then collect the monies and make one payment for the balance, 6 weeks before the due date.
- Online individual payments. One person full payment from the group leader acts as a deposit, then by adding the participant names online the group leader may invite participants to pay online individually.
The group leader is responsible to ensure all monies are paid six weeks prior to the event and all participants are aware of the terms and conditions.
Bank charges for credit card payments are 3%, however DEBIT CARDS ARE FREE.
WHAT NEXT?
Payments are not processed until availability has been secured, you will receive a confirmation email and if you have added your participant names and emails they can PAY ONLINE INDIVIDUALLY.
