Choosing a Theme

At Freedom we like to keep our finger on the pulse in all hen party matters and we’re intrigued to observe how our hens are embracing themes for their parties and now pushing the boundaries.

It’s a popular choice to go down the fancy dress route. A dozen or more girls dressed up as policewomen/angels/playboy bunnies tottering around from one bar to the next is a common site in most town centres on a Saturday night.

But our hens are exploring this further, go on, let your imagination run wild, you can and are being so much more ingenious with your theme than this.

How about Bling and Boobs – push up bras with plunging necklines and accessorised with oodles of bling will certainly attract attention. Or maybe Hair and Heels could work well for you ladies, big hair and fantastic high heels is easy and fun. Fur and Feathers should add some glamour to the proceedings.

Utilise your theme to reflect the Hen’s personality, this is not the time to be shy.

Having personalised hen party t-shirts brings the group cohesively together and need not be expensive.

Of course the theme doesn’t just have to relate to your attire. Cocktails (so many puns there for the taking) always go down well. In every bar ask for the cocktail menu and vote for your favourite. The girls all love pink, so maybe that’s your theme, an item of pink clothing, pink lips and pink drinks (oh yummy that means pink Champagne).
